Danielle RobinsonManaging DirectorI’m a ‘hands on’ boss and still play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the business, though some may say that’s because I’m a total control freak who can’t let go! I’m the first point of contact for our key customers and still thrive on taking a brief and bringing it to life. From placing orders when busy to making the brews…we’re a small business and everyone mucks in.
Jude GloverAccount ManagerMy key role is supporting the day to day running of the business, which is a very busy task indeed! I source products and generate quotes for both existing customers and prospects, along with placing orders and making sure that customers are kept informed of their order status at all times. Ensuring that our customers know they are in safe hands whilst handling each order efficiently is my aim.
We're Hiring!!We're on the look out for an experienced Account Manager to join the team. Previous experience of the promotional merchandise industry or working in a marketing, sales or print environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects is essential. Ideal background would be in business/customer support services role.
