Kitchener came to Love. To Brand looking to introduce promotional products into their marketing strategy as a way to raise brand awareness.

Jane Wadsworth, the Director of Kitchener attended many local networking groups and found them a great way to meet potential new customers…but was she ‘standing out from the crowd’ at the events, and being remembered afterwards?

Samantha suggested looking at some promotional items that she could give away at these events as they would not only ensure she was at the forefront of their mind long after the event, they’d double up as business cards.

Pens were high on the agenda as most of their customers are office based and promotional pens can be distributed freely whilst reaching a wide audience. Nail files were also suggested to cater for their female audience; targeting the ladies at the events in what is predominantly a male dominated environment would help them ‘nail’ those new customers.

Samantha also came up with a catchy but relevant strapline for the nail files, “PAT testing…we’ve got it nailed!” which provided the finishing touch.
